Meeting Minutes 2-2-2022

 Projects In-Progress

  • Gazebo Project

    • Current Gazebo unpermitted: Jeffco has no record of miscellaneous use permit for existing Gazebo 

    • Second Gazebo

      • To get variance for second gazebo approved per Jeffco would need to:

        • Confirm Cost of 2nd Gazebo 

          • 12x16 $2,299.99 +tax – still available at Costco.com as of 8/25/21

        • Survey would be needed for variance, need to confirm cost 

        • Need to permit after the fact for the first Gazebo 

        • Need to apply for 2nd permit for the 2nd structure 

        • Need to get variance

        • Need to get a volunteer to lead project coordination with week day availability who can work with Jeffco during standard business hours

    • Alternative to Second Gazebo: Finish off space around existing Gazebo benches, flower pots etc. 

    • Next Steps Determined: Need to get full cost scope to take project to vote between options

  • Hilldale Pines Signage 

    • Welcome to Hilldale Pines sign back of neighborhood 

    • Need to verify the property owner/contact regarding adding post on property 

  • Website 

    • Currently some technical issues so we are currently not paying server for site use 

    • Once site technical issues are fixed billing will begin for site approx. $200 annually, website expenditure already approved

Items Approved Via Vote 

  • Zoom Account for HOA and HP Safe 

    • Got a discounted annual rate of $105.00: cost split between HOA $52.50 and H.P Safe $52.50

New Items 

  • Plowing at park and cisterns

    • 6 cisterns total 

      • current 3 are being plowed 

      • 3 are not being plowed out 

      • Fire Department stated current snow level not a concern for Fire Department Access for cistern at the Hilldale Pines Park 

    • Let’s look to get neighborhood volunteer help 

      • HP Safe is going to take the lead on coordinating these efforts

  • Wine in the Park 2022 

    • Looking for Local Business to sponsor this event

  • Updating/Upgrading Park Playground Equipment

    • local grants, corporate sponsors, fundraiser or solicit donations (or a combination of these items) – would need volunteers to help research / create proposal

      • Natalie Arnett and Mike Grossman to head research for project
