§ Purchased this land and we have insurance. It is the land next to the park with the sign and flag pole.
o Upcoming projects
§ New gazebo – Natalie to work with JeffCo to apply for permits and variance. TBD on purchase for additional gazebo.
o Hilldale Sign
§ Old sign on back side of the neighborhood. It will be upcycled by a resident. Another resident will be making a new sign.
